I have been helping families with Real Estate for over 20 yrs. and find it to be very rewarding! I specialize in the probate process helping families locally and out-of-state, going through tough times and unsure of the next step. I offer a concierge service that can help you to take that one thing off your plate that you don’t have time to do, don’t know how to do, or just don’t want to do. Such things as (maintenance, repairs, hauling, or personal belongings and with real property, selling, renting, or refinancing for cash). Once you hire an attorney ( I can refer you to that as well) now the next step is for you to finish and I will guide you along your journey. I have experience and knowledge and have worked with many different situations: where there is an agreement between the families… and then I have situations where none of the families agrees or trusts anyone, especially in this time of hardship. 

I can help to negotiate and offer options to get everyone on the same page to keep the process moving forward. I know what it’s like to be so overwhelmed you don’t know which way to turn, I have the resources: whether it’s an attorney, financial advisor, or lender I can get you on the right path.
